COVID-19 Policy & Procedures
The health and safety of my clients and community are a top priority in these times. Here is what to expect for your upcoming appointment:
-The Salon Suite is a semi-private one-on-one space. There is no double-booking or client appointment overlap. Please come to your appointment alone so proper social distancing can be enforced.
-Please wait until your appointment time to enter Salon Lofts. If you see me working with another client, please wait a few minutes outside so I can sanitize and disinfect the space.
-Extra time is scheduled in between each client to assure proper disinfection of the Salon Suite, including all tools and surfaces. I have completed certification in COVID-19 disinfection and sanitation from BARBICIDE.
-I will be washing my hands thoroughly between clients as well as utilizing hand sanitizer and gloves when needed.
-Face masks are required at all times inside Salon Lofts and my Salon Suite. Please make sure to have your face mask on before entering the building.
-I am completing temperature checks for myself daily and for each client before they enter the Salon Suite. If your temperature is over 100 degrees, you will need to reschedule service for a later date.
-I require a waiver to be signed and verbal consent that you are not currently displaying COVID-19 symptoms, or have been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 before we begin an appointment. If you think you have been exposed, are feeling under the weather, or have traveled to an area of high infection, please cancel your appointment and reschedule. In these circumstances, cancellation policies may not apply, and any charges may be applied to a future service.
-Hand sanitizer will be readily available for client use.
-Every night the Salon Suite will be disinfected according to CDC guidelines. Salon Lofts has also increased the frequency of the cleaning of common spaces.
